حدود سه درصد از افراد جامعه دچار سندروم پاهای بی قرار می باشند.
بعضی از این افراد اینطور بیماریشان را شرح می دهند که احساس سوزش، خارش، درد و یا احساسی شبیه آنچه که پایشان را می کشند دارند.
